If you had a @ A record, it may not let you create a CNAME with the same.  This is for your domain name without any prefix. (ex: yourdomainname.com) The work around for this is to add domain name forwarding from yourdomainname.com to www.yourdomainname.com.  To do this"
  1. Go to the tab "Settings" to the left of "DNS Zone File"
  2. Click "Manage" next to Forwarding Domain.
  3. Make the forward to address "www.yourdomain.com"
  4. Click Save
